    Performs a halo effect on a GdPicture image or on an area of a GdPicture image defined by SetROI() method.

    The left destination of the halo.

    The top destination of the halo.

    A member of the GdPictureStatus enumeration.

    This method is used in the "Image Processing" Demo.
