Like the CreateClonedGdPictureImage() function, creates a new GdPicture Image clone from an other GdPicture Image. However, the cloned image will be independent from the image source. Therefore, the image source can be deleted without deleting the cloned image.

0: The image could not created. Use the GetStat() function to determine the reason this function failed.
Non-zero: GdPicture Image Identifier. The created image.
If the image to clone is a multibitmap image, this function will clone only the selected bitmap and will create a single frame image.
