Inserts a new frame from a GdPicture Image at the given position in an editable multiframe gif image. Frame has to be a number smaller or equal than the current number of frames available in the multiframe gif image.

A member of the GdPictureStatus enumeration.
This function can only be used with an editable multiframe gif image.
To check if an image is an editable multiframe gif image you can use the GifIsEditableMultiFrame() function.
To save modifications brought to the multiframe gif image you need to use the GifSaveMultiFrameToFile() function.
