Parameters

Parameters	Description
PdfID	A PDF identifier returned by the PdfNewPdf(), PdfOCRStart(), PdfOcrStartStream(), TwainPDFStart() or TwainPdfStartStream() function.
DstX	The X destination in current unit defined by the PdfSetMeasurementUnit() function.
DstY	The Y destination (from the bottom) in current unit defined by the PdfSetMeasurementUnit() function.
Ray	The length of the ray of the circle in unit defined by the PdfSetMeasurementUnit() function.
BorderWidth	The with of the pen used to draw the circle in point.
PenColor	Color Object. You can build a Color Object using the ARGB() function. Color used to draw the circle.
