Changes the character spacing used to draw text into a PDF.

Parameters

Parameters	Description
PdfID	A PDF identifier returned by the PdfNewPdf(), PdfOCRStart(), PdfOcrStartStream(), TwainPDFStart() or TwainPdfStartStream() function.
CharSpacing	Char spacing in point. 1 point = 1/72 inch.
