GdPictureImaging.TwainSetXScaling Method

Tries to set the current image horizontal scaling factor for the selected twain source.

Description 
XScaling 
The image horizontal scaling. A value of ‘1.0’ is equivalent to 100% scaling. Do not use values less than or equal to zero. 
Returns

TRUE if success, FALSE otherwise -> Use TwainGetLastResultCode() and TwainGetLastConditionCode() functions for diagnosing the error.

Before using this function check that the TWAIN state is TWAIN_SOURCE_OPEN (4) 

To get the TWAIN state, use the TwainGetState() function.
